Financial interest In particular, there is the annual $200 million (shared statewide) Chapter 90 program which in the matter supplements city road and bridge repairs as well as the $40 million (also shared statewide) Winter Rapid Road Recovery Program (WRRRP), a one-time program that assists Worcester and the other 360 cities and towns with pothole repairs (and the like). Worcester's share of the $200 million Chapter 90 program in Fiscal Year 2015 is $4.1 million. Its share of the WRRRP program is $616.4 thousand.
