The Joint Committee on Financial Services, of which I am a member, is considering legislation which would impact the short-term rental market. If adopted, this legislation may have an effect on my financial interests which is different from the effect on the general public. I anticipate that in this session and in future sessions of the General Court, legislation relative to this interest may be considered.
