ACTION TO BE TAKEN Official action I intend to discuss, vote on, and otherwise participate in the development, debate and to be taken: enactment of House No 1, An Act Making Appropriations for Fiscal Year 2016. House 1 includes language that would increase, from 20 to 25%, the annual employee contribution amount for state employees who were hired before July 1, 2003 and who receive health insurance through the Group Insurance Commission. FINANCIAL INTEREST IN ACTION TO BE TAKEN Financial interest Please explain the financial interest and include the dollar amount if you know it. involved: I have been a state employee since before July 1, 2003 and I receive health insurance though the Group Insurance Commission. Therefore, if enacted, this proposal would increase the amount of my annual contribution for health insurance.
