Currently pending before the General Court is a supplemental appropriation bill, House, No. 4204, which includes a provision to fund collective bargaining agreements for professors at public institutions of higher education. If adopted, this general legislation may have an effect on my personal financial interests that is different from the effect on the general public. I anticipate that in this session and in future legislative sessions of the General Court, general legislation relative to my position at Salem State University may be considered. I make this disclosure pursuant to G.L. c. 268A §§ § 6A and 23(b)(3) and consider it public in nature.
